How do flights work for my tour?

You are responsible for booking your own flight, but we’re here to help you find the best options based on your location. We’ll assist you in selecting the best connections to ensure you join the tour on time. Please plan to arrive by 4 p.m. the day before (or the day of) the experience and depart after the closing date. If these dates don’t work for you, we can adjust your experience (additional costs may apply). As we get closer to the start of the trip, we will send you a form for you to submit your flight details and your emergency contact information. Regardless of your arrival time, we will pick you up at the airport and take you to your accommodations.
