Congratulations. Have you checked your spam or junk folder for the booking acknowledgement?
When a booking is made, it goes through a review process on our end before we officially confirm the trip. During this period, the funds on your credit card are authorised but not captured. This means the amount is held temporarily but not charged, allowing for a smooth release if the booking is not approved.
Once the trip is confirmed, the funds are captured, and a payment receipt is issued. Please note that this process can take up to six days to complete.
