Will you offer a refund if I change my mind?

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a full refund if you decide to change your mind within six days of booking.

Just a heads-up: this policy doesn’t apply if your trip is within 60 days of departure or if your booking is marked as ‘on request.’ This is because we need to secure your accommodation and/or flights. Also, please note that trips to Rwanda, Costa Rica, Finland, Iceland (summer), Greece (in July and August), and Belize are excluded from this policy, as we make early payments for these destinations.


Customised Itinerary Components
In the event of a cancellation, customers remain fully responsible for the cost of any customised or non-refundable components of their trip itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to, Carnival costumes, accommodation upgrades, and any other personalised arrangements made on your behalf. These items are often procured in advance and are subject to third-party terms that do not allow for refunds or transfers.
