What happens once I've booked my adventure?

After completing your booking and making either a deposit or full payment (depending on your travel date), you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your account details and booking information.
Your adventure status will be one of the following:
Guaranteed – Your trip has met the minimum booking requirements and is confirmed to go ahead. Feel free to book your flights anytime.
Available – The trip is close to meeting the minimum requirements, but it’s not yet guaranteed. Please wait until we confirm that the adventure is fully booked and guaranteed before booking your flights. This confirmation will come no later than 42 days before your departure, though it’s usually 2-6 months in advance.
Final Call – The trip is currently "on request," meaning we need to confirm with our local team if the tour can proceed. This process may take 3-5 working days. Please refrain from booking flights until you’ve heard back from us.
